Life comes with no instruction manual, and the loss of a parent can leave us searching for a true north. Our friend, poet and author, Joekenneth Museau, weathered this journey. The result was a book that charted his rediscovery of self in the wake of the loss of his mother to cancer. Inspired by his words, this is, “Days After Your Departure,” our film that is currently airing on HBO in 2019.
